Signing Wedding Card Comments

Word of the Day
Mt 5, 13-16
Sunday, February 6

Like the disciples' s
were gathered around Jesus on the mountain, he told them
:

"You are the salt of the earth.
If the salt denatures, wherewith he salt?
It is thenceforth good for nothing: it is thrown out and people trample.

You are the light of the world.
A city on a hill can not be hidden.
And it does not light a lamp and put it under a bushel;
they put it on a lampstand, and it
light to all those who are in the house.
Also, let your light shine before men
then seeing what you're doing good, they
give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

Salt gives flavor, it keeps the food. Which gives flavor to life except Christ? ... Who can maintain this life, if not Christ? ... The disciple, through his union with Christ, living Christ, is called to witness to Christ and thus to give it taste around him through a life more consistent with his. It is a profound transformation that it must allow Christ to accomplish it!
light illuminates and hunts at night. Who gives light to life except Christ? ... Who can chase away the darkness except Christ? ... : "I am the light of the world. Whoever I follows will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life. " The disciple who follows Jesus called to receive this light in his life that it is illuminating. It is a journey of conversion so that Christ can be said through it: " You are the light of the world ..." And we can not accommodate without becoming witnesses at the heart of our real life.
