Jesus arrives in Judea and Transjordan.
Again, the crowd gathers around him,
and again, he instructed them as usual.

Some Pharisees came
and put to the test, they asked:
"Is it permissible for a husband to divorce his wife? "

Jesus said:" What did Moses command you? "

They replied
" Moses permitted divorce his wife
provided to establish an act of repudiation. "

Jesus replied:
" Because of your hardness of heart he wrote you this law.

But at the beginning of creation God made them male and female.

Because of this, a man leave his father and mother,
cleaves to his wife and the two shall become one flesh.
Thus, they are no longer two, but they are one.

So, what God has joined together let no man put asunder! "
